just started a contract where I need to modify some MS Access 2007 programs.
One program takes a (real estate) company and generates a list (via a query)
of their properties in the form of addresses. An employee then takes this
list (from 1 to 100 properties) and creates a map in MapPoint, saves it as an
image, and then pastes it onto a PDF form that contains the list of addresses
(from the query). So what we get is a list of properties and then a map with
all the map points from this list. This is now being done manually, and
takes a lot of time. Is there a way that this could be automated: run a form
in Access that would run a query and list the addresses, then create a map
and show the map, all on the same page, automatically? Has anyone done this?
Thanks in advance- Gary
